A travel to Tumrok Hot springs
Travel to Tumrok hot springs is alike any route offered. The route lies in the central part of Kamchatka , where no one settlement to be found for dozens of kilometers around. There is a kingdom of taiga and untouched nature. During this travel you visit Tumrok and Kipely hot springs , ascend to Kizimen volcano active fumarol fields. Ascending Ashachny Dol, a panorama of Kluchevskoy group of volcanoes opens. 1 st day. Accommodation in the tourist resort. Bathing in thermal springs. Preparation of the gear, giving instructions about the tour. 2 nd day. Driving up to Lazo settlement (500 km=310,69 mi) takes the whole day. Recreation in the hotel finished wood. 3 rd day. Driving to the foot of Ashachny Dol (40 km=24,85 mi). The beginning of tracking part of the route. The whole route lies along good paths. Ascending the Dol takes 2 hours ( 1.000 m ). If the weather is fine from the top it is possible to see the highest volcano of Eurasia – Kluchevskoy volcano and Kluchevskoy group of volcano. To the South there are Kizimen volcano and Kronotsky volcano. To the West there is Icha hill. Further descending to Levaya Shapina river, setting a tent – camp. The day way is 20 km (=12,43 mi ). 4 th day. Coming to Tumrok hot springs . Rest, bathing in thermal hot springs . 5 th day. Tracking to Kipely hot springs (20 km=12,43 mi). The path lies among secular pines, across the territory of Kronotsky State Preserve . 6 th day. The way back to Tumrok hot springs. 7 th day. A day at Tumrok hot springs. Walking along the territory, visiting Belovsky hot springs, ascending Baranya hill (Hill of Snow-horn sheep), and bathing. 8 th day. Ascending Kizimen volcano (2.375 m= 791,99 ft) takes the whole day. There are active fumaroles, surrounded by sulphur accumulation in the shape of domes at the altitude of 2.000 m (=6 561,68 ft). A panorama of Kluchevskoy group of volcanoes opens from there. Descending lies along the same path (20 km=12,43 mi ). 9 th day. The way back through the same Ashachny Dol to the place “Karal”. From where we drive to Lazo settlement. Accommodation in the hotel, bath-house, rest. 10 th day. Driving to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatski, accommodation in the tourist resort, rest. 11 th day. The day of departure. Visiting fish-market, souvenir-shop, seeing-off to the airport. The total cost of the tour includes: Meal three times a day while the whole route, service of a guide, a cook, basic gear, transport service, hotel and tourist resort rooms, excursions, visa support, registration.
